Implementation is the key to success with any sales methodology. To expedite the implementation of Question Based Selling, the ADAPT tool was developed using PowerPoint to give clients a forum for customizing QBS around the uniquenesses of their specific selling environment.

One of the primary action items we discuss in the QBS Methodology training, for example, is the need to “arm” the sales team with a repository of Business Issues, and resulting Implications. Of course, this can be done using a pad of scratch paper. But, organizing a bunch of hand-written notes would make it difficult to distribute this information across the organization. That's where QBS ADAPT can help.

ADAPT also enables users to organize important information about customer references, potential diagnostic questions, specific curiosity strategies, as well as giving you a forum to catalog specific QBS tips and techniques.
